Our story
Myniz Kitchen began in 2018, in a small home kitchen in Singapore. What started with one family recipe — a beloved Kek Lapis Rempah passed down through generations — has grown into a loyal community of cake lovers across the island.
Every layer of cake is poured by hand, one at a time. Every batch of muruku is fried, drained, and sealed the same day. We don't outsource, we don't rush, and we don't compromise. It's slower this way — but it's also why our regulars keep coming back, year after year, festive season after festive season.
